Welcome to SN Digital Hub, a Website Design & Digital Marketing agency, located in Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to SN Digital Hub

  • “Client” refers to any individual, business, or organization engaging SN Digital Hub for services.

  • “Services” include but are not limited to website development, digital marketing, SEO, branding, social media marketing, and related consultancy.

2. General Terms

  • All services are subject to availability and at the discretion of SN Digital Hub.

  • By engaging with SN Digital Hub, the Client confirms they are authorized to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Payments & Invoicing

  • Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed project proposal or invoice schedule.

  • Failure to make payment within 15 days of the due date may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Project Timelines

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by the Client, including delays in feedback, approvals, or content submission, may result in project extensions.

5. Intellectual Property

  • SN Digital Hub retains ownership of all intellectual property and project materials until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, rights to final deliverables are transferred to the Client, excluding third-party resources and software licenses.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client must provide all necessary information, content, and access required to perform services efficiently.

  • The Client warrants that any material provided does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not to share or use it outside the scope of the project without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • SN Digital Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services rendered.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 15 days.

  • The Client is liable to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Amendments

  • SN Digital Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
