Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Our Services

SN Digital Hub provides digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Website Design & Development
  • E-Commerce Website Development
  • SEO Services
  • Google Ads Management
  • Meta Ads Management
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Graphic Design
  • Video Editing
  • Branding & Creative Services
  • Domain & Hosting Assistance
  • Custom Software & Web Solutions

Since these services involve professional consultation, planning, design, development, and digital resource allocation, they are non-tangible and customized in nature.

2. No Refund Policy

Once a project has been confirmed and work has started, no refund will be provided.

This includes situations where:

  • The client changes their mind after placing the order.
  • The client decides not to continue the project.
  • The client delays content or approvals.
  • The client finds another service provider.
  • The client is dissatisfied due to personal preference after the agreed scope has been delivered.
  • The project has been partially or fully completed.

As our services are custom-made and time-based, the effort invested by our team cannot be reversed or recovered.

3. Website Development Projects

For all website development services:

  • After the project is confirmed and development begins, the advance payment becomes non-refundable.
  • Once the website has been developed, delivered, or made live, no refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Minor revisions covered under the agreed project scope will be provided. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation only before work has started.

If our team has already:

  • Started planning,
  • Designed layouts,
  • Registered domain,
  • Purchased hosting,
  • Assigned developers,
  • Created designs,
  • Started coding,
  • Reserved project resources,

the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be applicable.

5. Domain & Hosting

Payments made for:

  • Domain Registration
  • Web Hosting
  • SSL Certificates
  • Email Hosting
  • Third-Party Licenses
  • Premium Themes
  • Premium Plugins
  • API Credits
  • External Software Subscriptions

are completely non-refundable, as these are purchased from third-party providers.

6. Digital Marketing Services

Payments made for SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and other digital marketing services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Advertising budgets paid directly to Google, Meta, or any third-party advertising platform are governed by their respective policies and cannot be refunded by SN Digital Hub.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely project completion, clients are expected to provide:

  • Required content
  • Images and logos
  • Business information
  • Feedback and approvals
  • Access credentials (where applicable)

Delays from the client’s side do not make the project eligible for cancellation or refund.

8. Project Delivery

We strive to deliver every project within the mutually agreed timeline. Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Project complexity
  • Client response time
  • Scope changes
  • Third-party dependencies
  • Technical requirements

Delays caused by the client do not qualify for any refund.

9. Exceptional Situations

Refunds, if considered, will be solely at the discretion of SN Digital Hub and only in exceptional circumstances where:

  • No work has been initiated by our team; and
  • A written approval has been provided by the management.

Such cases shall be evaluated individually and should not be considered our standard policy.

10. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing any service from SN Digital Hub, the client acknowledges that they have:

  • Read this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Understood the nature of digital services.
  • Agreed that payments made for digital services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Accepted all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
